How is The House Arranged ?

The two bedrooms can sleep a total of 4, or 5 if you are a family with a young child. The front bedroom is a huge double whilst the cute back bedroom is ideal for two older children or three youngsters or equally good for a mature couple with whom you are sharing the house. There are two bathrooms on the first floor - one with bath and sink, the other offering shower enclosure, loo and sink. There's also a very convenient separate loo on the ground floor.

The sleek, modern kitchen offers all mod cons inc coffee machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge and all appliances. The kitchen gives off onto a large lounge/dining room with dining table (high chair available if required), flat screen tv, wireless internet and wood burner (logs provided in winter season) for those cosy winter evenings. Though the efficient heating system is all you really need to keep the house at a perfect temperature.

Separated from the house by a little-used lane is the delightful riverside garden. The end wall is all that then separates you from the charming river scenes and it is the perfect place to spend the evening, glass in hand, wine in glass, watching the world go by.
